Share-Babak, a small town in Kerman Province of Iran. Share Babak was upgraded to township in 1978 during Shah's time. The towns main population consisted of farmers. Sheep rearing and cheese making was common.There were several villages surrounding Share Babak namely Qanat Nooj, Jawazm, Deh Shutrun,Harnashk,Paqilla,Maimand.Hirat Marwast, Rmani at a distance of 5-20 KM. Share Babak had a pleasant weather in hot summer months due to the surrounding mountains and was a trade centre for the villages around.Pesta and Grapes were grown in orchards and source of income for many families.The Melons of Share Babak were the sweetest one can ever imagine.
